All 121 Care Agency staff are provided with full PPE including gloves, aprons, masks, visors and hand sanitiser all of which is used during every call. Social distancing is practiced as much as possible, and weekly Covid Tests are carried out with every staff member. Support is provided to all staff regarding any concerns they have in relation to guidelines and maintaining their safety. Telephone interviews are also available to ensure that social distancing is maintained and all staff travel in their own vehicle.
